April McLean has a great affinity for and experience working with young people. With experience as a youth director and teacher, she works with children of all ages, but as the mother of two sons she has a special interest in teens and especially bringing young gentlemen into etiquette programs.
With a background in special events, party planning, costuming, and interior design, Ms. McLean brings to the E&LI training and programs a special focus in creating effective programs that are fun too. Your E&LI manual is full of programs that engage students with imaginative exercises, seasonal themes, and interesting teaching props.
Ms. McLean, along with Debra Lassiter and Cindy Haygood established the Etiquette & Leadership Institute in September 2005 when they aquired the Children's Training Division of the Protocol School of Washington.
