Debra knows how to motivate and connect with young people.
Ms. Lassiter founded an etiquette and social dance program in 1985 out of a desire and commitment to make respect and courtesy the standard for young people in northeast Georgia. Today that program has more than 1,250 currently enrolled students, and thousands of graduates.
To the E&LI training, Ms. Lassiter also brings a special focus on working with high school and college students. Using the University of Georgia as proving ground for the E&LI programs, she is an expert in the business etiquette field. She has trained with the Steven Covey organization and currently presents and facilitates business etiquette programs for corporations and state organizations.
Ms. Lassiter, along with Cindy Haygood and April McLean established the Etiquette & Leadership Institute in September 2005 when they aquired the Children's Training Division of the Protocol School of Washington.
